An error E9039 keeps coming up when it keeps updating itself, even though its license has expired. This is driving her insane. I helped her uninstall the old CA to put on the new Security Suite 2010 but result was that I could not run her PC. It took 4-6 hours of rebooting and most times I couldn’t get past the log-in or desktop, as it would just hang before I was able to uninstall it.

    Hey so my pc (xp) has been crashing with different blue screen messages and whenever I first open my account this CA error comes up I try tp open Internet to get this download to fix it, but it always crashes before I can even get Internet open? Is there some way to make my pc last long enough for it to work?
