Can’t Uninstall WinFax Pro – How To Uninstall WinFax PRO?

I’m trying to install Norton 360 on my computer as the previous Norton Security 2010 has expired. I’ve run the Norton removal tool successfully on other 2 computers at my friend’s home and installed 360. However, on my computer it says that WinFax Pro is present and must be removed before the removal tool will work. I have been to Control Panel, Program and Features, but WinFax Pro is not in the list at all. I have also explored hard drive again but WinFax Pro is nowhere to be seen. How can you remove WinFax Pro when it’s not showing up anywhere?

What is WinFax Pro?
WinFax Pro is software provided by Symantec, the same company that operates Norton Anti-Virus software. This software is originally designed to receive and send faxes right from your computer’s desktop without buying and operating an actual fax machine. You can fax pictures from your camera with the original file, or create documents and send them without having to print. WinFax Pro is especially useful if you are on the road a lot, and need to keep communicating.
