Can’t Uninstall Alot Program – Need Alot Removal Tool

My sister downloaded the Alot program but found she didn’t really like it. It said to uninstall it go into control panel and click on Alot toolbar and it would uninstall. She can’t even find it in her control panel list of programs, but it does show as a toolbar in her Firefox browser. She need suggestions on how to remove it?
