My father installed iTunes 10 when it came up a couple of days ago, and unfortunately it doesn’t work. Specifically, he can apparently no longer connect to the iTunes Store, either through the computer or through the iPod. As far as I can see, I don’t have any earlier, working version of the iTunes software on his hard drive, so there’s nothing to install in place of the defective version.

My father has quick time installed and wants to only run WMP. His problem is that despite using uninstall via the control panel or via the program itself – it states it has gone but there it sits on his desktop.
