How to uninstall and remove all traces of iTunes

When it is installed on the computer, some other components come together such as Apple Mobile Device Support and Apple Software Update, which you can confirm in the first screenshot below. That is why it becomes difficult to thoroughly uninstall this application with normal uninstall method. Here, we take iTunes 8.2.1.6 as an example to tell how to easily uninstall and remove all trace of iTunes programs with Perfect Uninstaller.
Method One: Uninstall iTunes 8.2.1.6
. Run Perfect Uninstaller
. Find iTunes 8.2.1.6 and press “Uninstall” to begin the removal.


. Follow the on-screen steps to finish the removal.
As what I said above, there are other parts coming along with the installation of iTunes. So to completely uninstall all traces of iTunes, it is necessary to uninstall the applications in red circle above one by one.
Method Two: Force Uninstall iTunes 8.2.1.6
. Navigate to the directory of iTunes such as C:\Program Files\iTunes, right click the folder “iTunes” and select “Force Uninstall” from the right-click menu, Perfect Uninstaller will launch instantly as follows, press “Next” to go. (Note: If you cannot start from the right-click menu, please firstly launch Perfect Uninstaller from Start->All programs->Perfect Uninstaller->Perfect Uninstaller, then go to Options from its main panel. In the General Settings, tick up Right-click to Force Uninstall. If your system is Windows Vista or Win7, also check Disable User Account in Change Vista Account Control.)


.Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the removal.
When using Force Uninstall to thoroughly uninstall iTunes from the computer, please also remember to uninstall the following directories in order to completely uninstall iTunes: C:\Program Files\Bonjour; C:\Program Files\Apple Software Update
After the uninstallation processes above, iTunes will be completely uninstalled from the computer.
