First, click start, and then select All programs.
Second, find out ZTE CDMA 1X USB modem there.
Third, click the uninstall ZTE USB modem and then click Yes to remove it.
Fourth, wait until the uninstall finish and click OK to end it.
Some of the files have not been removed, go to the local disk, open program files and delete them manually.

You may not uninstall it completely, if you failed, try Perfect Uninstall
