How Do You Uninstall The Printer Software – HP Photosmart C7250 All-in-One

My roommate has one HP desktop running Win7 Premium 32 Bit. I have a C7250 all in one connected to the wireless router using the wireless feature of the printer. It has been set up with this router for a year with my computer running XP Pro. These machines are connected the router via wired connection. I have installed the all-in-one software from the HP website and also the one patch for communication errors. After some time (less than a day) the printer and associate fax printer for the C7250 disappears and the Solution Center software no longer starts. It says that the software install is in error and you must reinstall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled on my machines 3 times each with the same result. How can you uninstall or install the HP Photosmart 7250 each time you need to print or fax?
