- Open My Computer.
- Select View and click Options.
- Click View Tab.
- Select Show all files Radio Button.
- Click OK.

- Open My Computer.
- Select the Tools above and click Folder Options.
- Select the View Tab.
- Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
- Click OK.
- From Start, click Programs and Accessories and open Windows Explorer.
- Select a hard drive on the left of the Windows Explorer window.
- Select View the Entire contents of this drive.
Display Hidden Files and Folders in Windows 2000/XP
- Open My Computer
- Click Tools above and then double-click Folder Options.
- Click the View tab.
- Select the Show hidden files and folders option, click Apply and then click OK.
