Step1: Open the Internet Explorer.
Step2: Click the pull-down menu beside the “Option” button.
Step3: Click the “Uninstall” option.

Step4: Leave the feedback if you want.
Step5: Click “Uninstall the Google toolbar” to start.

Uninstall Google toolbar by using Add/Remove programs utility:
Step1: Click Start
Step2: Select Settings
Step3: Select Control Panel

Step4: Double click the Add/Remove Programs control panel icon
Step5: Select Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer in the Add/Remove program list, and then click the Remove button.
