Cursor Mania is an online application that changes the look of the mouse cursor which looks like a fun tool that can deliver personal style. However it has been proved to be a kind of adware by many third party anti-spyware programs. Once Cursor Mania is installed in the computer, it is able to track down the users’ browsing habit and collect personal information from the computers for unknown purposes, furthermore, this add-on also slows down the IE browser. It is suggested to uninstall it if you have this application installed in your computer.
As Cursor Mania does not provide self-uninstall feature alone with its installation, we need to remove it from the add/remove programs list:
A: Click “start”—-”setting”—”control panel”.
B: Double click Add/remove programs.
C: Locate “My web search(Cursor Mania)” in the list and click the remove button.
D: Tick the “Remove my personal product settings when uninstalling” button then click Yes to continue.
E: Restart the computer.
