Generally, we use Force Uninstall to remove a program when it is a tough application. Perfect Uninstaller is the best uninstall tool  due to the Force Uninstall applying new algorithms.  You have two options to perform the removal completely with a few simple clicks.

Method 1: Force Uninstall from the directory

Step1:Find the folder directly in the hard drive where you locate the program to uninstall.

Step2: Right-click the folder to select “Force Uninstall” to start. (Note: If you cannot start from the right-click menu, please firstly launch Perfect Uninstaller from Start->All programs->Perfect Uninstaller->Perfect Uninstaller, then go to Options from its main panel. In the General Settings, tick up Right-click to Force Uninstall. If your system is Windows Vista or Win7, also check Disable User Account in Change Vista Account Control.)

Step3: Click Next and follow the onscreen hints.
