HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-One Printer – How Do I Remove HP C4480 Software?

hp-c4480-printerFor Christmas last year, I received a brand new HP Photosmart C4480 All-in-one printer. It has been up and running for 6 months. Until this week it has printed, scanned and copied just fine. Today it is messing up as I have continuing problems getting my C4480 to scan. I have uninstalled via the HP uninstaller, emptied the trash, reinstalled and performed the device setup. When I go to scan or copy from the HP solution center it gives me the error message “hpqkygrp.exe – Entry Point Not Found” followed by “The procedure entry point could not be located in the dynamic link library hpqtscmn.dll.” and nothing happens. I have tried contacting HP but they have been no help, and I searched the internet but with no results either. Is this a known thing? Or how do you get HP C4480 printer uninstalled and reinstalled.
