Removing Nero – Can I Uninstall Nero 11

But when he tries to, he gets an error saying “Error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\WINDOWS\Installer\Nero”, “Burning Rom.msi”. Then it basically backs out of the whole thing. He needs to get this uninstalled cause he wants to use a different program.

    Error 1316 is an installation error. It pops up when a software is being installed, uninstalled or repaired on your computer.You may get the following description while seeing this error:
    Error 1316:”A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file: :\Install.msi”
