DVRMSToolbox (DTb) is a set of tools that is supposed to help me manipulate DVR-MS files created by Windows Media Center Edition 2005 (with Rollup 2 installed) or by Windows Vista Editions that contain the Media Center software. After downloading the software for my Vista Media Center, I didn’t find it that useful and wanted to get rid of it.
