Uninstalling EditPlus – How Do You Remove Windows EditPlus Program?

EditPlus is a text editor, HTML editor, PHP editor and Java editor for Windows. While it can serve as a good Notepad replacement, it also offers many powerful features for Web page authors and programmers. It supplies syntax highlighting for HTML, PHP, Java, C/C++, CSS, ASP, Perl, JavaScript, VBScript, Python and Ruby on Rails so that you can use seamless Web browser for previewing HTML pages, and FTP commands for uploading local files to FTP server.

1. Go to Start and then Click on Control Panel
2. Double-click on Add or Remove Programs
3. Find the EditPlus in the list. It should look similar to the one below:

5. Then a screen just like the one below will happen, click the “Remove All button” to start the removal process.
6. When the removal process completes, you’ll be asked to restart the computer. Do as request and reboot your computer at that time.
7. After a system reboot, the unneeded EditPlus should be removed from your system.

At the mean time, some users would like to get the built-in uninstaller involved during the removing.

1. Click on the Start icon in the left hand corner of your desktop to bring out the Start menu.
2. Select All Programs to see a list of programs installed on your computer.
3. Click on the EditPlus you want to uninstall, and then select the option that enables you to uninstall the program.
